The IPVS 2010 Vancouver Congress Organizing Committee has reserved hotel rooms in various hotels in different price categories. In addition to all hotels being located within the city centre, they are also all within walking distance of the Vancouver Convention Centre.
The Official Congress hotels were chosen for the numerous benefits they offered the IPVS 2010 Congress and we would like to request your assistance and support by booking your hotel accommodation at one of the official Congress hotels. Accommodation reserved outside the official Congress hotel room blocks exposes the IPVS 2010 Congress to financial penalties. Your loyalty and cooperation is greatly appreciated!
Please be advised that due to the proximity of the event dates, all NEW RESERVATIONS, MODIFICATIONS or CANCELLATIONS will be handled directly at the congress hotels. For modifications, please contact them after Sunday June 27, 2010 to ensure they have record of your booking. |

Rates are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD), based on single/double occupancy and are subject to the current applicable taxes of 10% Hotel Tax, 5% GST and 1.5% Vancouver Destination Marketing Fee, per night and per room. Taxes are subject to change without notice.
Due to fire regulations, maximum occupancy in rooms is four (4) persons, unless otherwise specified.
